Dr Afroza Bulbul Afrin is Associate Professor of Business Administration and Director of Research & Publications. She earned her Bachelor’s (BBA in Management) and Master’s (MBA in Management) in 2001 and 2003, respectively, from the Islamic University, Bangladesh, and her Ph D in Business Administration in 2018 from the International Islamic University Malaysia, being a top-scoring student throughout. She developed a new Continuous Improvement Model for the Human Factor in Total Quality Management from an Islamic Perspective. She has extensive experience in teaching, academic leadership, and research in numerous universities and research institutes internationally for around two decades. She has served in different administrative roles along with her teaching responsibilities; supervised numerous interns and research students and organized and attended international conferences as the Conference Coordinator. Dr. Afroza has more than 30 publications including journal articles, books, monograph books, book chapters, published cases. She the editor-in-chief of IOU’s in-house international journal, reviewer of various international journals and , committee member of research organizations.
