Taslim Ullah Jundran is a highly educated and accomplished professional in the field of education. He was born and raised in District Mandi Baha-ul-Din, Pakistan. After completing his law degree from National Law College Lahore, affiliated with Punjab University, he pursued an M.Phil in Education from Minhaj University in Lahore.

Currently, he works for the Department of School Education and is committed to promoting education in his community. After earning his M.Phil, he wanted to continue his educational journey, so he applied for a Ph.D. at the University of Lahore. In 2020, he earned his Ph.D. in Education, and upon completion, he accepted a position as an Assistant Professor at the University of Sialkot as visiting faculty.

In addition to his work as an educator, Taslim has also been employed by Allama Iqbal Open University in Islamabad since 2012 as a Resource Person. He has supervised 213 theses in research activity under his direction, demonstrating his commitment to guiding and nurturing students in their academic pursuits.

Furthermore, he worked as an Assistant Professor at the International Open University of Gambia during the academic year 2022-2023, expanding his academic horizon and sharing his knowledge with a global audience. His research has been published in seven articles in the journals of the Higher Education Commission’s X and Y categories, showcasing his expertise in the field of education

Sr Hena is an educational professional with experience in curriculum development and editing for educational materials in the Middle East North Africa (MENA) region. Sr Hena is currently a lecturer in the Education Faculty of IOU and a publications officer in the Research Faculty. She has more than eight years of experience in the educational field, with a Masters in International Education from the University of Leicester, UK. 

She is also a certified Teacher of English as a Foreign Language and her current interest is to pursue a PhD in curriculum development for tertiary education in the Islamic community.

Dr Afroza Bulbul Afrin is Associate Professor of Business Administration and Director of Research & Publications. She earned her Bachelor’s (BBA in Management) and Master’s (MBA in Management) in 2001 and 2003, respectively, from the Islamic University, Bangladesh, and her Ph D in Business Administration in 2018 from the International Islamic University Malaysia, being a top-scoring student throughout. She developed a new Continuous Improvement Model for the Human Factor in Total Quality Management from an Islamic Perspective. She has extensive experience in teaching, academic leadership, and research in numerous universities and research institutes internationally for around two decades. She has served in different administrative roles along with her teaching responsibilities; supervised numerous interns and research students and organized and attended international conferences as the Conference Coordinator. Dr. Afroza has more than 30 publications including journal articles, books, monograph books, book chapters, published cases. She the editor-in-chief of IOU’s in-house international journal, reviewer of various international journals and , committee member of research organizations.

Dr. Muraina Kamilu Olanrewaju is a seasoned lecturer who specializes in Counselling Psychology and Educational Evaluation. Dr. Muraina, K. O. hails from Otu, Itesiwaju Local Government Area of Oyo State. He obtained a Primary School Certificate at Saint Cecelia’s Primary School, Otu, Nigeria, a Secondary School Certificate at Community Grammar School, Otu, Nigeria, a B.Ed (Counselling/Mathematics) at Tai Solarin University of Education, Nigeria, and an M.Ed and Ph.D (Counselling/Educational Evaluation) at the University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Nigeria. He is a member of many professional associations.

Dr. Muraina, K. O. has served on many developmental committees within and outside the University. He has published more than 80 articles locally and internationally, as well as co-authored books in Counselling Psychology/Educational Evaluation. He has successfully supervised more than 5 Ph.D. students, 35 Masters students, 57 PGDE students, and 89 undergraduates. He has attended many conferences (local & international) and is currently a reviewer/editorial board member of local and international reputable journals. Dr. Muraina is currently a part-time Associate Professor and the Head of Department of Education at IOU.

Dr Dawood Ahmad is HoD/Assistant Professor in Department of Education at The University of Faisalabad, Pakistan. He has more than ten years of teaching and research experience in institutions of UK and Pakistan.  

His qualifications include Ph.D. in Education from the University of Lahore, Pakistan and an M.A in English Language & Literature from the University of Punjab, Pakistan. He has published 12 research papers (including Web of Sciences and SCOPUS ranked journals). His research can be viewed in Google Scholar and ResearchGate He has attended and presented his work in numerous conferences in major cities of Pakistan. He supervises PhD and M.Phil. students, examines PhD theses, and reviews journal articles and mentors scholarly activities. His research interests include Early Childhood Education, Higher Education, E-learning and Health Education. He teaches undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate related courses. Dr. Dawood is a profound reader and has keen interest in studying the Quran and always welcoming students to help and guide them. He is a teacher trainer and curriculum developer also. He has worked and visited countries like Pakistan, UK, Ireland and UAE.
