The IOU Chancellor Dr Bilal Philips and Vice-Chancellor Dr Cherno Omar Barry held a meeting with the National Muslim Students Association of Liberia (NAMSAL), a conglomeration of heads of university Muslim student leaders in Liberia at their headquarters on King SaoBosso Street, Monrovia.
