The IOU HR department, in collaboration with the BBA department Head (HoD), Dr. Shafiqur Rahman, conducted a workshop on “Stress Management” on 24 March, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM UTC.

The workshop aimed to equip participants with valuable skills for effectively managing stress in both professional and personal domains and was attended by IOU staff members.

A Q & A session was held at the end of the workshop where beneficial insights were shared by participants.
