IOU Founder-Chancellor Prof Dr Bilal Philips held a meeting with Awqaf Africa on 23 January 2024, at The Five KPD, Kuala Lumpur, during his ongoing trip to Malaysia. Collaboration on scholarship programs, funding and the establishment of learning centers in Africa were discussed at the meeting.
