INFO DESK

The IOU Info Desk, has been created as a "one-stop" email address to respond to all queries. We welcome all questions here.

The Info Desk is manned by multiple officers in shifts so that, insha Allah, all issues can be cleared quickly and efficiently.

Insha Allah, it is our intention to send a response within one day; however under certain circumstances, you may receive a response within 2-3 days.

For any of your questions regarding IOU and online study, you just need to know this one email address: info@iou.edu.gm.

In the event your question or issue takes longer than 3 days to get a response, you can forward it to: sisc.supervisor@iou.edu.gm. Include the date of your initial contact to the info. desk and the question or issue you we asking about.
