An IOU learning center has been established in co-operation with Islamic Center of Kashmir where around twenty students are currently taking IOU diploma courses using a single computer.

Despite of limited resources and language barriers, the students carry out their studies by printing out study materials, learning English language and giving exams at Internet cafes.
