Dr Bilal Philips and IOU team visit Education Minister, Somaliland

The International Open University (IOU) Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Bilal Philips and his wife visited the Minister of Education, Mr. Ahmed Toorno (far left) at the Ministry of Education, Hargeisa, Somaliland, on July 25, 2022 in order to renew the IOU license for operations in the country.

Dr Bilal was accompanied by the IOU Rep., Sister Ummul Khayr (4th from the right), members of the IOU Alumni, and the head of the IOU media department, Usamah Philips (3rd from the right).
