The International Open University (IOU) Founder-Chancellor Dr Bilal Philips was invited as a guest speaker at the 10th graduation ceremony of New Generation University (NGU), at the Mansoor Hotel, Hargeisa Somaliland. 

Dr Bilal Philips congratulated the graduates and spoke briefly about the IOU's collaboration with NGU on offering Psychology and Islamic Banking degree programs.
