The IOU Founder-Chancellor Prof Dr Bilal Philips met with Assoc Prof Dr Ahmad Izanee Awang (President/Vice-Chancellor of Open University of Malaysia (OUM) and members of the management to initiate talks on collaboration between the two institutions.

IOU will be signing a MoU with OUM Selangor, Malaysia, with the intention of collaborating in different aspects of academics and administration.
