The IOU Founder-Chancellor Dr. Bilal Philips visited Al-Hikmah university at Tallinding, The Gambia.

The visit was centered on fostering an inter-institutional relationship between the two universities. Dr. Bilal Philips encouraged graduates to proceed with their Master's degrees with the IOU and apprised them that the IOU will be launching a Master's in Arabic program in 2023.
