An “IOU Awareness Day” was held recently by the Islamic Online University (IOU) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Founder and Chancellor Dr. Bilal Philips, alongside IOU students, highlighted the importance of education in our ever-changing world. The first batch of students graduating from the Islamic studies program (BAIS) was also recognized for their success.

In a show of solidarity, IOU student-committees across the world also organized an “IOU Awareness Day” to commemorate recent achievements made by the IOU. Student committees in countries like Dubai, Pakistan, India, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bangladesh, Kenya and the United Kingdom rose to the occasion and uplifted the IOU’s motto of “Changing the Nation through Education.”  

The IOU wishes to extend a special thank you to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) for its’ continued support of our university and recognition of our hard-earned achievements.
