IOU was promoted by the students in Hong Kong at the Islamic Convention at the Islamic Kasim Tuet Memorial College on 20-21 April 2013.

Br. Omar Regan was very surprised to learn about IOU and said, "The Muslims in my country can benefit a lot from it."

There was a young girl of 11 or 12 years old visited the IOU table and said she would enroll when she graduates from high school, in sha Allah.
