Brother Ahmad Javier, the IOU Representative in the Philippines toured Mindanao in 3 cities:
- Iligan City, Mindanao State University Iligan, College of Nursing – 500 students
- Marawi City, Mindanao State University Marawi – 900 Attendees
- CDO City, CDO Grand Hotel – 250 Attendees
Posters and brochures were distributed during the week-long stay in Mindanao where the majority of the students are Muslim youth. Also, in Masjid Ibnu Abbas, button pins were distributed as souvenirs that were donated by some of the youth volunteers.
