IOU Founder-Chancellor Prof Dr Bilal Philips attended a meeting of IOU Students at the Malaysian Graduation Ceremony held at Yayasan Ta'lim, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

IOU graduates, students and their family members attended the ceremony where Dr Bilal presented certificates and gifts to nine Malaysian graduates from different batches. Afterward, Dr Bilal had a Q&A session and discussion with the IOU students on improving IOU.
