A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Isra University, Pakistan, and the Islamic Online University (IOU) has been signed on March 3, 2015.

Concluding and signing this MOU seeks to strengthen and encourage communication and collaboration between members of the two universities; the facilitation of the exchange of scholars and professors for teaching and research; and students for study, training and research.

Moreover, the graduate students will have the opportunity to conduct part of their research work at the other institutions, and have access to available resources and supervision. The two universities will also facilitate the exchange of students for the purpose of attending courses and participating in professional training or attending elective training course during the semester breaks.
