Concluding and signing this MOU seeks to strengthen and encourage communication and collaboration between the two institutions involved in the field of education, scholarly research and service programs. 

 

Moreover, it seeks to affirm the significance and importance of cooperation in the pursuit of international education; and to nurture the creative role of the international scholarly communication and collaboration in the development and dissemination of knowledge, learning and research.
