The IOU Founder-Chancellor Dr Bilal Philps met PROF. DATO’ DR. MOHAMMAD SHATAR BIN SABRAN (CEO of the Malaysian Qualification Agency (MQA) and other MQA members at Cyberjaya, Selangor, Malaysia, during his Southeast Asia trip.

The IOU delegation paid a courtesy visit to the accrediting body of Malaysia to introduce the IOU and its plans in Malaysia. The process of recognition of IOU degrees in Malaysia was discussed. There were a few possibilities that the IOU will work on implementing in order for the IOU to be accepted in Malaysia officially.
