The 8th IOU Convocation Ceremony ended with a Vote of Thanks by Sr. Madeeha Bokhari, IOU Registrar. 

In her speech, Sr. Madeeha Bokhari thanked the IOU Chancellor and President, IOU Senate and Governing Council members, IOU faculty, staff, students and parents, and the distinguished guests present at the ceremony for their vision, participation, support, and insightful words.
