IOU Registrar Syeda Madeeha Bokhari conducted the 10th IOU Convocation ceremony and congratulated the graduates at the culmination of years of dedication, sincerity, hard work, passion, and commitment. The Registrar's office organized the online ceremony attended by graduates across the globe being mindful of health and safety concerns. The on-site celebration was held at the IOU headquarters in The Gambia.
