IOU Faculty Manager and Advisor Dr. Mujahid Hussain, represented the International Open University and participated as a judge at the 1st Idea-Fest 2024 at Rawalpindi Women University, a prestigious All Pakistan Inter Universities Idea Competition held on May 14th, 2024.

Dr. Hussain brought valuable insights and expertise to the event, contributing to the academic discourse and fostering collaboration among universities in Pakistan. His participation underscored IOU's commitment to innovation and academic excellence on an international platform.

Dr. Mujahid Hussain is currently serving as the Faculty Manager at IOU, bringing over 16 years of extensive experience in academics, research, and industry linkages. He has a prolific research background, having published 42 research papers. Notably, he has recently published two peer-reviewed research articles in prestigious journals: "Decoding Strategic Instability in South Asia: An Analysis of the Indian Missile Defense System" and "Counter Violent Extremism (CVE): An Analysis of Pakistan’s Policy Calculus."
