What is Grade Transfer?
Any student who fails a course by getting low marks or skipping final exams or midterm exams in a particular course is allowed to retake that course in the following semester without repeating the whole course from scratch. The student’s previous semester’s grades for the module tests and midterm/final exams are transferred to the later semester, and the student is only required to complete the leftover module tests,midterm/final exam along with the assignment. This is called “Grade Transfer”.
Hence, Grade Transfer entails transferring the particular course grades obtained in a semester to the next semester so that the student is not required to repeat the completed portion -excluding assignments- in the following semester.
Further information regarding the grade transfer policy will be updated after a policy review.
