Haruna Iddrisu and his Directors to discuss collaboration with the Ministry in an effort to expand access and provide Tertiary education to deserving needy students.

The IOU Founder-Chancellor offered 1000 scholarships to the Ghanaian Minister of Education under the International Open University's 1 Million Scholarships Project for Africa. The 1 Million Scholarships Project is a project of the International Open University's Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) unit.
