Br Sedike Ceesay, undertook an official visit to Al-Ihsan University in Banjulinding, on 14 April 2026, as part of efforts to strengthen institutional partnerships and promote academic collaboration.

The purpose of the visit was to explore areas of collaboration between the two institutions, particularly in academic programs, research, publications, and conferences. Discussions also covered opportunities in IT, media, and English-language programs, as well as potential joint academic offerings and co-hosting national and international conferences.

Islamic banking and finance, alongside Islamic psychology, were identified as key thematic areas for future collaboration. The need for English bridging programs for Arabic-medium graduates was also highlighted.

Overall, the visit was highly constructive and laid a strong foundation for future institutional collaboration and academic advancement.
