The 4th IOUCRIS, 2023 conference commenced at the IOU Headquarters in The Gambia on 24 October, 2023.

The program began with the Introduction of the Special Guest of Honour and Members of High Table, Master of Ceremony and Conference Convener - Dr Tajuddeen Sa’ad

This was followed by Du’a Recitation by Sheikh Sedike Ceesay, and the National Anthem.

Chairman Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ahsan, Deputy Vice-chancellor (Academics), IOU, addressed the gathering with Opening Remarks.
