Policy Statement
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is an internationally accepted practice in higher education institutions and aims to increase access to higher education for many people for whom this was previously not possible. The Islamic Online University offers a diverse range of educational opportunities that contribute to local, national and global sustainability by creating a variety of access pathways for prospective students.
Under the policy of Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL), the University provides access to students and graduates of unaccredited institutions to different undergraduate and graduate programs in IOU.

3. Further RPL Processing Fee (for students who partially completed studies at another institute):

For this particular group of students who have partially completed studies at Mishkah University, Knowledge International University or Preston University, Ajman, UAE, the further RPL processing fee apart from the application processing fee will be determined based on the number of semesters they need to complete at the IOU, while ensuring their total payable amount does not exceed the amount students pay as regular semester registration fees for a full BAIS program.
