Minimum Eligibility for MA in Arabic Language Studies Research Based Program Applicants
In order to be admitted to our accredited online Master of Arts in Arabic Language Studies, Research based program, the candidates must have:
An accredited Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language Studies or a relevant Honour’s degree or a relevant postgraduate certificate or diploma with a minimum of 65% marks.
An accredited B.A. (in any discipline other than Arabic studies), B.Sc., B.Com., equivalent, along with Bridge to MA Arabic “Higher Diploma from the IOU or have near-native competence in Arabic with advanced levels of application of Modern Standard Arabic (MSA).

MA ALS ADMISSION TEST
Eligibility of MA ALS Research Program Applicants with a B.A. or Higher Diploma in Arabic Language Studies with less than 65% marks
MA ALS Research admission eligibility of the students with an accredited Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language Studies or a relevant Honour’s degree or a relevant postgraduate certificate or diploma with less than 65% marks is subject to the performance of the MA ALS Admission Test.
Eligibility of MA ALS Research Program Applicants without a B.A. or Higher Diploma in Arabic Language Studies
MA ALS Research admission eligibility of the students with an accredited bachelor’s degree (in any discipline other than Arabic Language Studies) or higher and have near-native competence in Arabic with advanced levels of application of Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) is subject to the performance of the MA ALS Admission Test.
