Before meeting IOU students, the VC, Prof. Makie Taal gave a short lecture at the Arabian Cuisine Masjid in Upper Hill, Nairobi on Monday 20th July 2026.

The IOU VC met with IOU Kenya students in Nairobi on 20 July, 2026. The VC assured the students of IOU's support in seeing that they completed their programs well.
